In this 3 to 6 Month 1:1 Coaching container Heather will work with you on a soul and quantum level to transform your life and unlock the full potential of your mind, body, and soul!

Heather has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and many certificates, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Body Code, Somatic Experience, and Reiki Level II. With her expertise and experience, she has created this personalized holistic healing program that focuses on the mind-body-soul connection and a full inner transformation.

She will work with you to release trapped emotional trauma from your body, reprogram subconscious beliefs, and help you to connect to your heart center; opening up the receiving channels to God Source and allowing your own intuitive capabilities to come forward and the fullest expression and desires of your soul!
Her work starts on the Quantum level with Body Code and Quantum healing.
You will receive unlimited Body Code sessions during your work together. These sessions will help you remove the heart wall, energetic disconnections, and other trapped emotional trauma, subconscious programs, and imbalances that are holding you back from connecting deeper into your heart center and living a purposefully driven and joyful life.

You will continue this work on the mind level with 15-30 hours of Zoom sessions that will be used a to create a personalized healing program specific to your needs and goals.
Heather will work with you to design a program that will help you break away from past paradigms, cultivate emotional intelligence, strengthen your intuition, connected deeper into your heart center, open up your receiving channels to God, own your voice and truth, and unlock the soul-aligned goddess within.
